Sparrow Guitars is proud to announce that it has delivered Sparrow endorsees the Black Halos new guitars after their equipment and tour van was stolen in Montreal, Quebec Canada. The new Sparrow guitars were delivered to the Black Halos on Saturday April 19, 2008 before the band headed off on a six week European tour that will take them through the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. Vancouver’s the Black Halos have played Sparrow Guitars since 2005. Adam Becvare will be playing a Primitive “Boss” model in Lighting White with custom graphics, while Johnny Stewart will be playing a Lightning White Rat Rod “Ace” model. These two guitars are to replace Sparrow guitars previously played by the Black Halos before an infamous theft incident.

Sparrow Guitars is proud to announce the availability of the Sparrow guitar line in Germany. Sparrow Guitars are available in Germany through music instrument retailer Musik Produktiv and will be made available through other German retailers in the near future.

"We are excited to have our guitars available in Germany" said Sparrow Guitars President Billy Bones. "Germany is a country with vibrant rock & roll and rockabilly cultures and we believe our guitars are a perfect fit there."

Sparrow guitars were showcased at Musikmesse Frankfurt in March 2008. Sparrow Guitars' Big Daddy, Primitive, Rat Rod and Twangmaster models were showcased at the event in a variety of colours and finishes.
