Q: I am a professional musician, can I get a Sparrow endoresement?

Q: Why do you only have five models?

A: Unlike other guitar manufacturers, we believe quality comes before quantity. We've kept the number of models to a minimum to focus our attentions and bring to market excellent quality guitars.

Q: How are your finishes done?

A: The only way. By Hand. The pinstriping/flames go on top of the base coat, and underneath the clearcoat, so the stripes/flames are buried nice and deep.

Q: Can I order a guitar directly from Sparrow?

A: Yes. If we do not currently have a dealer in your area, you can build your guitar the way you want it right here on our website. Follow the links through to payment and purchase options.

Q: What string brand does Sparrow use on it's Guitars?

A: All Sparrow electric guitars come factory installed with Vinci Strings made in the USA. We believe that they are making the finest electric guitar strings today. Generally, Sparrow Guitars in your local shop have been set up with 10's, and when you order a guitar directly from us, we will set it up for you using your guage preference.

Q: Tell me about your pickups.

A: We use Kent Armstrong Designed "Sky" Pickups. We find their quality and voicing to be exceptional. TV Jones pickups can be installed with an upcharge. We can match your specifications as far as output or tone go for both neck and bridge positions.

Q: What tuning machines are used on Sparrow Guitars?

A: We use Grovers. We like them. They're great.

Q: Where are Sparrow guitars made?

A: Parts of Sparrow Guitars are manufactured in South Korea, China, and Canada and then assembled, wired, set up, painted, and finished in Canada, in our Vancouver, BC facility. Our Custom Shop guitars and basses are 100% handmade here in Vancouver.

Q: How can I become an authorized Sparrow retailer?

Q: Is there anything I should be doing to take care of my guitar?

A: We recommend high-quality guitar polish such as Dunlop Formula 65 on all parts of the guitar. A couple times a year, you should treat your fingerboard with light mineral oil. Refrain from playing your Sparrow electric guitar, underwater, or in a large microwave oven.

Q: Is Elvis really dead?

A: Yes. In fact, I believe he died in 1962 in Germany, and it was actually his twin brother (who didn't really die at birth) who got fat and died on the can some years later.

Q: Can I get a Sparrow Guitar without pinstripes or flames.

A: Sure you can.

Q: How come I've never heard of Sparrow Guitars before, and now I'm hearing about them everywhere?

A: We think it's got something to do with the CIA.
